From certified organic, certified humane, local farm!
BOTTLED FRESH ON THURSDAYS, we recommend ordering this product for pickup/delivery on Fridays. The milk has a shelf life of 10 days from its Thursday bottling date.
Enjoy farm-fresh milk from happy, healthy Brown Swiss cows on pasture at Creekside Creamery! Their cows graze the pasture in summer and are fed mostly hay and silage during the winter. The milk is gently vat processed in small batches in adherence to Canadian safety standards, resulting in creamy, full-flavoured milk. The milk is non-homogenized, meaning the golden cream rises to the top! Delicious in your coffee and toast, but just shaking the bottle re-incorporates the cream into the milk.

ABOUT A2
Creekside Creamery has been selectively breeding their herd to A2A2 bulls for more than 12 years. While they have not as of yet done genetic testing to verify our estimates, (testing is incredibly expensive), they estimate their herd is likely 95% or higher A2A2. This means that the milk their cows produce will be very high in the A2 milk protein. The A2 type of protein has been linked to easier digestibility for some people with dairy intolerances when compared with the A1 protein that is more prevalent in milk from commercial dairy herds. A2 milk still contains lactose and milk protein, so it is not appropriate for people with lactose intolerance, galactosemia, or a milk allergy. If you have a dairy intolerance (but not an allergy to lactose or milk protein), we recommend trying a small amount of our milk and monitoring for signs of intolerance before consuming on a regular basis.
